I have tried recycleactor on myself, have gotten re-addicted to Buffout and went to a doctor to have it cured, nothing.
The Steam community thinks it's probably a bugged mod, since I have yet to do the Vault 81 quests. It doesn't appear to be addiction, because I had that cleared (Used some Addictol, went to a doctor) and it's still there. It seems to go away when I take Buffout, and I heal up.
But the last few times I've been playing, my HP bar is showing 10 points of damage.
Okay, so I started a new Fallout 4 game a few weeks ago.
